Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your RatRace purchase.

• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Products purchased during special sales or clearance are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned item passes our quality inspection.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
