At RAT RACE, we take pride in delivering high-quality streetwear products made with care and attention to detail.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Returns

We do not offer returns on products unless:

  • The item you received is defective
  • The item is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong product/size

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in cases of:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Wrong product received

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is out of stock after purchase
  • A replacement cannot be provided

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer use
  • Washed or worn items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

📦 Shipping Issues

RAT RACE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the product is shipped. However, we will assist you in tracking your order.
