At RAT RACE, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4–5 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Non-metro cities: 5–8 working days
Remote locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partners and location.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during special drops or promotions.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp to track your order.

Delays
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volume. RAT RACE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.
